Many of the Apple Cider Vinegars that you will find in the health food shops and supermarkets have been pasteurised and filtered. This destroys and removes the 'Mother' (a ball of living enzymes that floats in the vinegar), and other nutrients making it pretty much useless for anything other than a table condiment. Also many of these vinegars are made from apples grown using an apple concentrate and harmful chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
Our vinegar is in its natural state and neither pasteurised nor filtered leaving the Mother intact with all the living enzymes which are crammed with goodness, and if brewed correctly is responsible for many of the beneficial properties of the vinegar.

Some of ACV’s active ingredients are soluble fibres in the form of pectin, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, thiamine, lycopene, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin and beta-carotene.
It also contains other minerals like sodium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron and magnesium. All of these powerful substances work together and make ACV very effective as an antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal tonic.
